Terms of Service – Discord Survey Rewards Bot

1. Use of the Service

• This bot provides access to surveys via CPX Research and awards points for completed surveys.
• All usage is tied to your Discord User ID.
• Users may use multiple Discord accounts, but the operator may review activity if abuse is suspected.

2. Eligibility and Conduct

There are no age restrictions enforced by this bot. CPX Research may have age requirements which are their responsibility to enforce.

Users must not cheat, abuse, or manipulate surveys. This includes:

• Using bots or automated methods
• Falsifying survey data
• Abusing offers or exploiting bugs

Users found to be engaging in fraudulent activity may be banned or disqualified from using the bot at the operator's sole discretion. This may result in forfeiture of earned points.

3. Points and Withdrawals

• Points are awarded based on CPX Research postback confirmations.
• Points are stored on the operator's private server and linked to your Discord ID.
• In rare cases, points may be revoked if CPX Research flags a survey completion as invalid or fraudulent.
• There is a minimum withdrawal threshold, which may change at any time.
• Points do not expire.

4. Payments

• Withdrawals are processed manually by the operator.
• There are currently no fees for payouts, but delays may occur depending on operator availability.
• Supported withdrawal methods may vary and are arranged through direct contact with the operator.
• The operator is not responsible for payment issues caused by incorrect information provided by users.

5. Disclaimer

This bot functions based on data from CPX Research. If surveys fail to load, points are not awarded, or bugs occur during a survey:

• The operator is not responsible.
• The operator cannot resolve issues with CPX Research, its surveys, or its postback system.
• Users should consult CPX Research's official support or privacy policy.

6. Changes to the Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the bot indicates acceptance of any changes.
